A new post with a very easy DIY. As you can see I'm showing you how to make these super easy Heart Cards for your loved ones. I actually had so much fun making them. I think it is a good gift idea that has a very personalized touch to it, not only for special occasions but also on those ordinary days when you just feel like you want to show all of your appreciation for your special one.
